I am so blessed to thoroughly enjoy making food for the ones I love...

Because the weather's started to shift, the longer nights are starting to roll in, the best kind of food for this time for me is soup. 'am loving the hot steam in my fromthe pot and the wonderfully deep smells of the roasted celeriac, sweet potato, carrots and rutabaga toasting away in the oven...

Nourishing oneself

REDUCES INFLAMMATION A study published in Science Translational Medicine in 2012 found that massage greatly relieves sore muscles after physical exercise. Just 10 minutes of massage can reduce inflammation and help your body recover more quickly. The business seems to be ticking over alright. in the meantime, here's something that's got A LOT to do with massage...I've found that if you feed yourself right (in many ways, but importantly nourishing oneself with interests, hobbies, food, time to really relax) then strangely enough you become open to having a better calmer energy.
